Standard Terms and Conditions for Premium practical Guided Hands-on eLearning courses at 360 Learnings.org
At 360 Learnings, we are dedicated to assisting each and every student get trained, certified, employable, advancing in high growth IT, cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure Management and auditing careers. In order to assist our students in obtaining skills, certifications and employment, the following guidelines have been put in place to maintain compliance and to guide Students in their career progression.
1. Enrolment Agreement: By enrolling in the eLearning course candidate or student agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
a. Applicant or candidate or student or learner or user or you = “Candidate”
b. eLearning course or Course = Technology skill or Course enrolled by candidate
2. eLearning Course Access: Candidate will receive unique login credential to access registered eLearning course with contents as videos, episodes, virtual practice labs, assessments, quiz’s, reading materials and resources. Access to the eLearning course is contingent upon full payment of the course fees or monthly loan instalment. If candidate does not adhere to full payment or monthly loan instalment of his course on time, his login access can be discontinued after 1 warning.
3. Course Access is personalized: eLearning course access is personalized and only for the Learning of Candidate. We have software and technology to check if any misuse of login access or if candidate shared login credentials with any unauthorized user. In that case it is considered breach and course login access will be discontinued immediately.
4. Course Completion: Participants understand that completion of the course is contingent upon their own effort, engagement, and commitment. The course provider does not guarantee outcomes, results, or certification upon only access or completion of the course.
5. Participant Responsibility: Candidate understand that it is their responsibility to review the course description, syllabus, and any other provided information before enrolling to ensure that the eLearning course meets their needs and expectations.
6. Jobs and Placement service: Candidate need to learn eLearning courses, skills or topics with full focus and dedication. Since courses are deployed and delivered from Learning Management System (LMS), all the learner learning activities, practice labs, Quiz’s, Assessments, assignments, reading material and course completion is tracked and recorded.
a. A minimum of 80% eLearning course / virtual practice labs / assessments / quiz’s completion is required to receive a Certificate of Completion from us and to Initiate Jobs Placements activity.
b. While we shall connect, collaborate and interact with Corporates and share candidates elearning course learning and completion reports as proof of his learning to try job placement. However, we don’t have control or say in recruitment policy, prerequisite requirements of educational qualification and other skills and competency requirement of corporates / IT / ITES companies for recruitment.
c. Candidate need to clear all payment dues including instalments and Loan instalment to become eligible for jobs placements. Any delay or discontinuation of payments including instalments shall impact candidate placement activities.
7. Course Fees: Course fees has multiple options. Full fee payment instalments and Loan facility. Based on request and eligibility, we shall assist and process instalment, loan facility from Financial partners as per their terms and conditions.
8. No Fee Refunds: Once payment for the course fees is processed and login credentials are created, participants acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
9. Non-Transferable: Course fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied towards future courses, products, or services offered by the course provider
10. Discontinuation of course : if the student discontinuous paying instalment or loan instalment. His login credentials will be discontinued immediately. But still he is liable to pay all the instalments and clear the loan amount. If the candidate does not pay the instalment and clear loan amount as per schedule, legal action will be initiated, cibil will be updated and information shared with registered companies for employment restriction.
11. Technical Issues: The course provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure that participants can access the course materials and resources. However, participants acknowledge that the course provider is not responsible for technical issues encountered during course access, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device compatibility issues, or software malfunctions.
12. Modification or Termination of Course: The course provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the eLearning course at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, participants will not be entitled to a refund of course fees.
13. Intellectual Property: All course materials, resources, and content provided as part of the eLearning course are the intellectual property of the course provider and its partners and are protected by copyright law. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without prior written consent from the course provider.
14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Confidentiality of Information : Each Party agrees that any Confidential Information it obtains during the term of performing these services as outlined on this Service Order shall be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the Party's respective obligations under this agreement and no other purposes. Neither Party shall disclose confidential information to any person or entity other than those employees of the other Party engaged in the fulfillment of the other Party's obligations under this agreement who have a need to know such Confidential Information in connection with the fulfillment of the other Party's obligations under this agreement. Confidential Information includes, without limitation, any material or information that is specifically designated by any Party as Confidential Information through the marking of such material "Confidential."
16. Individuals with Learning Challenges
360Learnings is not currently set up to support individuals with learning challenges and cannot assure positive outcomes for such individuals.
17. Cyber NDA Form Policy
All students enrolled in Cyber Security courses are required to fill out an NDA form before the class begins.
18. NASBA Courses and Seminars
360Learnings Strategic partner company, ACI Learning is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org .
